3. Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that any payment processor fees and/or other service fees incurred during the booking process are non-refundable.

4. Service Fee Refunds: Our service fees are refunded according to our specific refund schedule, which can be reviewed separately.

5. Partial Refunds: In cases where the cancellation does not meet the above criteria, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund depending on the circumstances and timing of the cancellation.
